Our custom balloon installations are designed to add impact, colour, and unforgettable style to your event. From romantic proposals and milestone birthdays to corporate launches and luxe wedding backdrops, we take care of everything—designing, delivering, and styling your balloon display to suit your space and your vision.

Our garlands start at $210 for 2 metres, including balloons of varying sizes and in up to 3 colours of your choice. We can create anything from subtle accents to impressive displays—each one styled to suit your celebration, brand or venue . You can choose from colours from the chart on the left. Please note: pricing excludes delivery, installation, and pack-down.

Looking for something smaller or a full installation? We can tailor the size, colours, and finish to bring your vision to life. Add-on options include helium, foils, custom decals, and embellishments. Just ask!

Balloon care & installation information

We want your balloon installation to look amazing for as long as possible, so please take a moment to read the following info and important disclaimers.

Sustainability First
We do not—and never will—condone balloon releases. All balloon decor at the end of your event is yours to keep or is either reused, donated, or responsibly disposed of during pack-down.

Order Finalisation & Payment
All balloon bookings must be finalised and paid in full at least 2 weeks before your event so we can coordinate our delivery schedule. Rush orders (within 1 week) may be accepted, depending on availability.

Helium Arrangements Available
We offer helium balloons for table centrepieces, floor bouquets, and other floating features. Please enquire to customise your order.

Balloon Lifespan
Air-filled balloon garlands typically last 3–4 days indoors. While we use high-quality balloons only (no kmart/big w/spotlight/amazon ballons etc), balloons are fragile by nature and will deflate and/or pop over time.

Temperature Shifts Matter
Balloons expand and contract with heat and cold. Morning installations may look different by afternoon if the temperature fluctuates.

Oxidation is Natural
Latex balloons will lose their shine and become matte as they oxidise—this is normal and expected, especially outdoors.

No Guarantees
While we take every precaution and only use high quality brands, balloons are a delicate decor item and we can’t be held liable for popping, fading, or shifting after installation. We want our clients to be satisfied however so if you ever have any issues please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible.

Outdoor Installations
Balloons exposed to heat, wind, direct sun, rain, or cold may degrade rapidly. Even under cover, outdoor conditions can impact balloon longevity. We cannot guarantee lifespan for any outdoor installations.

Indoor Considerations
Balloons indoors still lose their sheen within hours and may pop due to air conditioning, heating, or lighting. Keep sharp objects, rough surfaces, and little hands at a distance to ensure the lifespan of the display.

Touch-Up Service
We can return on day 3 or 4 for a refresh or touch-up for an additional fee. Just let us know at the time of booking how many days you need your installation to last and we can come up with a plan.

Hanging & Anchor Points
If you do not hire a freestanding stand, you must provide your own hooks or reliable anchor points.
We can install our own temporary hooks or taped anchor points, however we do not take responsibility for any damage to walls, surfaces, or paint. If we are called back due to garlands falling or anchor points failing, a call-out fee will apply.

Installation Timing
Your installation time must be agreed upon in advance. Out-of-hours installs, late-night pack downs, or emergency call-outs will incur additional fees.
