Bec and Tom had the country wedding of their dreams in their hometown of Bingara!

A lovely 5 and a half hours drive from Newcastle. It was such a lovely drive and cosy little town it had me thinking about making a move to the country myself.

If you ever find yourself in Bingara, make sure you stop by the bakery it has the BEST cheese and bacon pie. Yum!

Sneak peak of the fairy lights during set up

Held on Bec’s dad’s farm, you seriously couldn’t have asked for a more picturesqe location.

Bec and Tom had hired a wedding marquee from Gold Event Hire which we got to deck out with over 300 metres of string lights -and we lined the outside with curtain fairy lights wrapped around the ropes too to make it that little bit more magical once the sun set.

We decorated both the ceremony and reception. Bec had already hired chairs so we provided our tall rectangle arch, lovely jute carpet to stand on during the ceremony, tall cylinder vases with candles as aisle decorations and some cute crates and signage topped off with a bit of native greenery + bead garlands.

Cute crates and signage just in case some direction was needed!

THE KIDS TABLE!

Since there were some kids at the wedding too our kids table made its debut!

Full of fun things to play with and keep little hands busy and out of mischief.

We had bubbles, play-doh, colouring books (Frozen, Bluey and Encanto!) with crayons, giant jenga, giant connect 4 and a nice umbrella to keep it shady. We also had some comfy pillows and blankets so when the kids crashed out early (as they do!) they had somewhere cosy to lay about.

THE CAKE AREA

For the reception as mentioned above we did all of the fairy lights, a circle arch and balloon garland + tassel garland for the cake area. We also provided some mason jars and pretty vases for the florals scattered about on each table. We re-used the cylinder vases from the ceremony for the table centrepices too! smart!

We had such a blast doing your wedding Bec and Tom!! Congratulations again <3
